The brand-new T11 Proprietary Mounting Frame Plate made of high-strength galvanized steel is designed for embedding the T11 touch monitor. The frame plates can be screwed to the back of the monitor and then securely mounted inside a self-built machine's front enclosure or installed on the back side of a wall. This design keeps the touch interface seamless while allowing easy installation and removal, making it ideal for various embedded touchscreen projects. Perfect for automation equipment, kiosks, POS systems, factories, server rooms, and smart home devices.
Flexible Mounting Positions & Clean Cable Management
Once the T11 series monitor is secured with the mounting frame plates, the frame provides 10 installation screw holes along the top and bottom. You can use the appropriate screw positions to mount the monitor into the enclosure or machine. The addition of the frame plate does not interfere with rear I/O ports, keeping cable connections accessible and maintaining a compact, clean appearance when integrated into the machine.
How to Install
The T11 capacitive touchscreen delivers precise, responsive touch performance. Once assembled with the frame plates, the touch glass is recessed about 3 mm. This recessed design prevents false touch response caused by contact between the touch glass and the metal enclosure when the monitor is embedded with its bezel covered.
Step 1
For a flush fit, attach 3 mm-thick non-conductive foam strips along the inner edges of the enclosure.
*Note: Foam is not included with this product.
Step 2
Place the T11 monitor face-down on it. Align the M4 screw holes of the mounting frame plates with the VESA 75 holes on the back of the monitor, then fasten the four included M4 screws to secure the frame plate.
Step 3
Use appropriate M4 blots and nuts (or M4 screws) to secure the monitor to the enclosure through the mounting holes on the frame plates.
Before embedding, set “Auto Power Off” to “No” and enable “OSD Button Lock” in the monitor's OSD menu to prevent shutdowns or accidental touches.
