Embedded Installation by Frame

Do you offer embedded frame for rear mounting?

📌Ａ：Currently, only T315 Touch Monitor與T11 series Touch Monitor (including T111B/T112C/T111A)support frame embedded installation.
①  T315 Proprietary Mounting Frame Plate is an optional accessory, if your T315 touch monitor requires embedded mount, please purchsae T315 Proprietary Mounting Frame Plate *1.（2 pcs frame plates inside）
T11 Proprietary Mounting Frame Plate is an optional accessory, if your T11 series touch monitor require ebedded installation, please purchase T11 Proprietary Mounting Frame Plate*1. (2pcs frame plates inside)

② OSD settings before installation：
Enter OSD menu>>Change＂Auto Power Off＂ to ＂Standby＂or “Sleep” and set “OSD Button Lock” as “On” to prevent the monitor from automatcially shutting down or malfunctioning due to contact with the casing of the OSD button area.

③ Place foam or a soft pad on the desk, then place the T315 touchscreen monitor face down on the pad so that the screen is slightly higher than the desk surface.

④  Align the screw holes on the back of the monitor ( as red circles) and place the frame plates at the top and bottom of the monitor.

⑤  Use the included M4 screws to secure the frame plates to the screw holes on the monitors.

⑥  Done：Confirm that the frame plates are securely and tightly locked to the monitor, with no looseness.

🔔  Note: To prevent the metal casing from coming into contact with the touchscreen and causing abnormal electromagnetic induction, the frame plate is designed to protrude 3 mm beyond the screen after installation! If you require the display active area to be flush with the casing, please apply a 3 mm-thick foam pad to the monitor casing to ensure the active area is level with the frame plate.
